The TDS was deducted under section 94H but while submitting the challan it was wrongly entered as 92A. so what can be done to rectify this error?

Whether SEZ Units / SEZ Developers can issue the Form I to registered dealer( sub Vendor ) for supplying the goods to SEZ on behalf of main contractor.

Ex: A - SEZ Unit / Developers
B - Main Contractor
C - Sub Contractor ( Material
Supplier on behalf of M/s.B )

Based on above example, M/s.A can issue the form I to M/s.C or not.

I have read in the CST act that in case the form C is not submitted to the department within the next quarter, then the same can be submitted within the commencement of the assessment.

Kindly let me know where the same is found in the act (viz the section reference and the rules if any)

I am appearing in PCC in this June.I prepared for one group and tax paper in group2.For exemption in a paper in group2, is it necessary to attend the other exams to avail exemption???

I mean that to get exemption in tax in 2nd grp are the other two papers require attendance compulsorily
I want to do like this
Group2
costing -- ABSENT
Tax -- write for exemption
IT & SM -- ABSENT
Can I do so?

I HAD SOME PROBLEM IN ACCESS IN MY TALLY 9 VERSION. AS I LOGIN TO TALLY WITH PASSWORD & USER NAME IT SHOW THE MASSAGE TO REWRITE THE COMPANY GIVING OPTIONS OF YES / NO. WHEN I GO FOR YES OPTION IT STARTS REWRITING. BUT SUDDENLY THE PROCESS STOP & IT SHOWS MASSAGE ( EXISTING TALLY : INTERNAL ERROR : CONTACT TALLY SOLUTION SOFTWARE EXCEPTION C0000005, MEMORY ACCESS VIOLATION )
AS I CLICK ON OK OPTION GIVEN ON THIS ERROR MASSAGE, THE WHOLE TALLY VERSION CLOSES DOWN.
KINDLY SUGGEST ME PROPER SOLUTION.
