09 June 2009 Whether SEZ Units / SEZ Developers can issue the Form I to registered dealer( sub Vendor ) for supplying the goods to SEZ on behalf of main contractor.

Ex: A - SEZ Unit / Developers
B - Main Contractor
C - Sub Contractor ( Material
Supplier on behalf of M/s.B )

Based on above example, M/s.A can issue the form I to M/s.C or not.

M/S A can issue form I to M/S C only when M/S C would have raised invoice in the name of M/S A.
