How does reporting requirements differ in case holding company of a company changes during an acounting year due to merger or amalgamation.

now we have two holding companies within an accounting year so how we need to show the related party transactions in the notes on accounts.

IF YES THEN NO ANY COLOUMN IS SPECIFIED FOR IMPORT OF GOODS IN THE ONLINE FORM OF 15CA.
