IS 15CA APPLICABLE FOR IMPORT OF GOODS PAYMENT

WITH REFERENCE TO NEW AMENDEMENT IN FOREIGN REMITANCE-IS FORM 15CA WHICH IS REQURIED TO FILL AND TAKE COPY OF ACKNOWLEDMENT ONLINE TO BE SUBMITED WITH FORM 15CB IS REQUIRED FOR PAYEMNT ON IMPORT OF GOODS IN FOREIGN CURRENCY.
IF YES THEN NO ANY COLOUMN IS SPECIFIED FOR IMPORT OF GOODS IN THE ONLINE FORM OF 15CA.
PLEAS HELP ME OUT TO UNDERSTAND APPLICABILITY ON IMPORT.

There is a confusion on this. The confusion is due to point no 13 of the form 15VB which state if the payment is for any goods and article. From my interpretation it is applicable for all payments inclduing paymemt for import of goods. However banks are not accepting this and they are asking the payers to deposit 15CA and CB only on payments other then inport of goods.
