05 July 2009 I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW CRISIL DOING RATING IN BANKING FINANCIAL SYSTEM. CAN YOU GIVE ME CRISIL RATING FORMATES.

05 July 2009 Every bank has its own rating norms/scale it is generally used for charging the rates of interest,repayment schedule and other terms of sanction of TL or WCTL The norms are different for different products even though the source data is the same.In the case of banks this now forms a part of the CMA data format. Generally CRISIL rating will be applicable for raising funds through instruments outside the normal banking system. This is a precondition for almost all instruments used from the public domain. Since formats are updated by CRISIL from time to time CRISIL is the best source.
