I want to know that on which date surchage & cess on tds is totally exampted.

As per RBI instruction how much interest on overdue FDR given/credit by Commercial Bank. & Also inform when a FDR overdue ( Matured 9 Months ago) than how much interest bank wll give? whether rate of interest of the date when FDR Matured or current rate of interest which was applied for expired period also.

pls. tell us what should be the 'c' form amount, whether basic sales amount or total invoice amount. Is there is any diff. law for punjab & uttar pradesh state bcz some of our parties from this state issuing us 'c' form on basic amount.
