Dear Mr. Ramesh,
1. Both Labour Charges and its Service Tax added together and shown it VAT Return in Colum. 2.1.
2. As per Rule 3 (2) (m) sl.No.14 of the Karnataka Value Added Tax Rules 2003, you may claim only 25% for Labour Charges. 30% only for Civil Works Contractor.
