while preparing balance sheet in excel sheet i want to use a cell to show difference between total asset & total liabilities viz if any diff. is occured only then display as "Difference" in red filled colour , otherwise not

please let me know how should i do the same as i have seen it in a CA office

problems for name change

Some one change his first name from court but his digree has previous name,he has the copy of affidavit from 1st class magistrate, will he face problem to get job in future?
