I would like to know the lowest price at which shares can be purchased in a a non listed Pvt. Ltd. Company by employee/ existing share holder and what are tax/other implications.

At the face vaule or the Amount including security premium which ever is lower. The Face value of the same could be as low as 1 Rupee.

pvt cmpany cant be a listed company and pvt company is non tradable
