Recently we have shifted our office from one location to another.. Can anybody help me out that what are the steps we have to take for shifting of office from one location to another location in same city?????

If you are talking about shifting of registered office of ur company with in the same city, thenn in that case you have to pass a board resolution for change in registered office with in the same city.

Also file form 18 with Registrar of companies with in 30 days of passing board resolution.
