Pls let me know about the form to be submitted for non-contribution of provident fund from my salary & non contribution by my employer

can any member tell me about
1)the treatment of PF & ESI in Income Tax computation of a partnership firm?
2) the due date of deposit of PF & ESI and its rate?
3) consequence of delay in Payment of the same?
4) the ESI & PF of Year 2007-08 is deposited in 2008-09, will it have any effect on the financial statement of 2008-09 of the partnership firm?
5) do we require segreggation of employers and employees contribution to PF in preparing financial statement of a partnership firm?

I used tally 7.2,for my company, it has ladger "contructor" under the group current assets, but the problem is
i cant alter those contructor's address, pan no, etc to the ladger.

In a company for doing any business under Factories Act, we need an industrial license. If the company wants to do any other business than whether it requires another industrial license for other business or it has been add on that business in the same industrial license. If it requires a new one, than what is the procedure for it and for this purpose which documents needs to be submitted?
