10 September 2009 IF YOUR BASIC SALARY IS MORE THAN 6500/- PM THAN IT DEPEND ON YOU OR YOUR EMPLOYER TO DEDUCT THE PF OR NOT

BUT IF BASIC SALARY IS LESS THAN 6500/- PM THEN IT IS MANDATORY TO DEDUCT THE PF. AS PER LABOUR LAW

10 September 2009 First of all thanks for ur reply.But I want to know that what are the formalities required for non-contribution pf in my monthly salary.I think there is some form to br filled up.

for eg if my pf contribution+employers cont. comes to say 5000.i want it to come in my hand
