my client have pvt. ltd firm change his office(sale) and shifted his office to same area on rent base and want to change correspondence add of his business to his home address ( in same area)
how to do it ?
1)sales tax
2)income tax
3)it is done by prescribe form or by letter. (if form then form no.)
any other department req this change of add.

my full family is shifting to another city
in december end. But My father is not doing job anywhere. we will shift there for our business. because in my home town Our business is not going well. So i have to take transfer and shift there. Then what type of Proof I have to Produce for transfer?

Please help me.. Sometimes on this site only I read that 1 transfer is easily available and sometimes on this site only I read that its too difficult. Please inform me what is correct? I am in big confusion.

PLS RESOLVE THIS ISSUE PRACTICALLY HAPPENED.

A CAR WAS PURCHASED IN 2007 SEPTEBER 2007 FOR 8LACS.AT THAT TIME CASH PAYMENT MADE FOR 2.5 LACS AND REMAINING 5.5 LACS MET FROM FINANCE.BUT THIS WAS TREATED IN ACCOUNTS AS TOTAL VALUE OF THE ASSET AS 6.00LACS 2.5 LACS THROUGH CASH AND 3.5 LACS FROM FINANCE DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF THE INVOICE.AND DUE TO CHANGE OF ACCOUNTANT NEW ACCOUNTANT TOOK A WRONG VALUE FOR THE CAR.RECENTLY THE INVOICE FOUND FOR 8.00 LACS.THE BALANCES RUNNING AT 2.00 LACS SHORT.

PLS TELL ME HOW IT CAN BE DEALT IN THE CURRENT FINANCIAL YEAR? CAN WE RECTIFY THE MISTAKE IN THE CURRENT YEAR?

Whether a correction in partnership deed can be made giving prospective effect say for example if i draft a codicil deed for change in remuneration w e f 01/04/2009 and above same codicil can be used to change profit sharing ratio w e f 01/04/2010. Pl explain
