04 November 2009 my full family is shifting to another city
in december end. But My father is not doing job anywhere. we will shift there for our business. because in my home town Our business is not going well. So i have to take transfer and shift there. Then what type of Proof I have to Produce for transfer?

04 November 2009 An affidavit sworn in before a notary public. Contents of the affidavit should support with documentary proof like ration card for the address of present stay and certificate from local authority (panchayath/municipality/corporation member) showing new place address.
