i am totally confused about preparation for strategic management.....plz help...

i've completd 2 months of articleship , can it be cancelled becuase I want to join as a fresher in another firm? By cancellation I mean to dump these 2 months and do a fresh registration as a fresher with another firm.( I am not asking about transfer)

I want to know whether a ca degree is equivalent to a PhD. Or doctorate or MPhil for the purpose of applying to officer grade job in RBI. In case of above degrees there is age relaxation hence I need the clarification.

HI ALL,
we are the manufacturers of electrical components and we have spare funds which we want to lend to the UK based companies. We know that interest rate at UK is less as compair to our country but It is a type of arrangement.
so i want to know that how can we do this?
Is there any kind of way by which we can lend money and guildeline given by RBI?
And if the money with us has been raised by borrowing from the indian financial institutions then does it make any difference to the lending?

i cleared ca final in may 2012 n registered myself wid the institute on 1st nov. 12
i gt a letter from icai dated 21st dec 2012 stating dat my name has been entered in d register of members with effect from 1st nov 2012
i knw dat a fresh chartered accountant is exempt frm d cpe hrs requirement for 1 yr(calender)
so was i exempt till 31st december 2012 only and am i now required to complete 10 cpe hours for d f.y 13-14?

is doctor allowed to enter into partnership business with any other non doctor paerson????
