22 June 2013 so whether TDS can be deducted as per 194J, & can compute the total Income under profit & gains from business & profession

22 June 2013 See tds is depends on nature of service/work done and not to whom..

if you are making payment for technical or professional service and he is not your emplyee then TDS can be deducted under section 194J
