22 June 2013 i've completd 2 months of articleship , can it be cancelled becuase I want to join as a fresher in another firm? By cancellation I mean to dump these 2 months and do a fresh registration as a fresher with another firm.( I am not asking about transfer)

22 June 2013 Yes..i got it..

But as far as my knowledge there is no such provision of cancellation of article ship and join with other firm again..

Because you have given a promise on stamp paper to your principal that you will work for 3 years...

So ICAI may not permit you to do like this

BUT I RECOMMEND YOU TO CONTACT ICAI NEAREST REGIONAL BRANCH OR CALL TO ICAI CHENNAI AND ASK ABOUT THEIR OPINION.

Other wise there is no option left except to take transfer from him after 6months of articleship under present employer
