But i have heard, the companies having paid up capital of RS 5 crore or more have requirement of CS only.
Is this true.
And experts please clarify 1 more thing, how can CS supports CA qualification.

Yes. CS requirement in the company if the paid up capital more than 1 crore as per the Act. but the actual CS requirement starts once you want to incorporate the company itself.
