23 June 2013 Dear sir,
I would like to know under what circumstances can the articleship be extended?
Also i would like to know, if i have taken any leave from office for exam of any other additional course will it have any impact on my articleship? Please reply. Thanks.

23 June 2013 1)article ship will be extended in a case where you have taken excess leave than earned leave as per icai regulations

2)No, leave will be granted for leave taken for additional courses. if you are attending for icai exams, you can consider the leave taken only on exam days is not considered a leave and can be considered as working day for leave caluculation..

3)please note once again, if you have taken leave and attended for exams other than ca it is considered as leave only...
