I am in my first year of article-ship and I am seeking a transfer.My question is how many days is minimum gap from submitting form 109 seeking transfer to submitting 103 with icai.Or there is not any gap prescribed so that I can sumbit both form on alternative days i.e.(If I submit form 109 today and form 103 tomorrow.

Whether parttime COP holders are required to complied witht he penal provision issued by the ICAI??

one shop in Delhi and dealing with spare parts business. what r the applicable law and requirement (as per any law). so that legally business can be run.

As per CPE advisory,CPE requirement of 45 hours of Structured/unstructured learning for the rolling period of 3 years and minimum 10 hours in each year. I have completed 20 hours in 2011, in 2012 I could not complete any hours. Now, I have a shortfall of 25 hours which I will complete by 31 December 2013. Now, my query is: Do I have to comply minimum 10 hours of 2012 or compliance of 25 hours will be sufficient?

Can i claim cpe credit hrs for 2011 ,2012 and 2013 now . what contributes unstructured learning?.Is Listening to audio tapes/video tapes unstructured learning?.I didnot comply with Cpe hrs for last three years for family reasons but was actively updating myself through unstructured learning,can that be claimed now.

Sir one of my relatives has taken a housing loan worth Rs.5 lakhs and in addition to keeping the property worth Rs.10 lakhs as security, the bank also demanded LICs/NSCs/KVPs worth Rs.1 lakh as security.

Now the money backs which are coming on LIC policies are being converted into Fixed Deposits and the Bank is keeping them.Is this correct?

Moreover some of my relatives NSCs have matured 4 months ago but the bank is neither giving the NSC document back nor are they atleast encashing it and converting into Fixed Deposit. They are just holding it and because of this my realtive is suffering from Loss of Interest which he could have earned.Is this legal?
