Dear all,
Can a CA Enter into a partnership firm as a partner , if there is already a proprietorship firm carried on by him. What can be the consequences if he continues both ?

Such partner shall not be considered for MEF empanelemnt i.e. His expirience shall not be considered

yes he can enter into a partnership. MEF issue Lokesh bhai has already dealt with.
