Gap between transfer from one employ to other employ

I am in my first year of article-ship and I am seeking a transfer.My question is how many days is minimum gap from submitting form 109 seeking transfer to submitting 103 with icai.Or there is not any gap prescribed so that I can sumbit both form on alternative days i.e.(If I submit form 109 today and form 103 tomorrow.

25 November 2013 yes. there is no requirement for a gap. they can be dated on successive dates.
