I asked at ICAI sale counter telephonically but they said they can provide only Members name but i need their email id's too.

We purchase computer software in form of license keys from Europe, does we need to deduct TDS on remittance to the company in Europe, if yes what would be the rate of TDS.

While uploading the form 8 for LLP with ROC, it is showing the following error message:

Signature validation failed for Signature field for Designated Partner/ Practicing professional. The person is not authorised to sign on this field.

What should be done in this case
we have already registered the digital signature also

What is systematic and unsystematic risk ?
