Main 27/7/2012 main articleship join kiya..lekin GMCS I avi tak nehi kiye..as per institute rule articleship join karne ki 1 saal k andar karna padhta hain..merato 1yr 4mnths ho gaya. kya abhi hum kar sakte aur koi penalty or articlesnip pe effect padhega. plz rply me..

At present no penalty provided but advisable to get urself registered as soon possible.
