Friend, i m so worried about my nov 2014 ca final result...it is still withheld....i got a letter from institute n humne reply bhi kar diya hai but action nahi liya gaya abhi tak......plz help me......my email id is renubiswal26@gmail.com...............withheld result reason is difference in handwritting....

I was registered under a ca in ahmedabad. i have served therefor one year and 8 months till oct-14. On 20-10-2014 i filled form 109 because my principal wants to go abroad from nov-14. And soon after i registered myself under another ca from 28th Oct 2014. without the approval of form 109. now i have received a letter from ICAI stating that first i should take permission and than i should fill form 109. or i should carry on with old principal.

I had not shown that my principal has gone abroad and he has not surrendered his COP yet.

What should i do? should i carry on to old principal? can it make difficulties in future?

Please reply as soon as possible.

Could anyone suggest if i can withdraw PF balance from EPF organization in the below situation ?

Purpose: construction of house
Property owners : Mother
PF : deposited with EFP (Govt) and not a private trust.
Service in the Co : 5 yrs 1 month
I have not availed this facility before.

As per my research, since the property is not registered in my name or not jointly owed by me/my spouse, i would like to know how my mother can transfer the property to my name.

i do not wish to pay stamp duty charges as it is as high as 8% on the market value, which would cost approx 5L and also i was thinking if i can execute a registered will in my favour , only if it is accepted by my employer/EPF organization.

Need your guidance asap.
