Director become the consultant of the same company

11 February 2015 Sir, Executive Director who was in employment, left the job (Continuing as a Director in the same company) and become the consultant of the same company and receiving the Professional fee from the company. Please tell me the procedure and requirements as per the Companies Act 2013. (Section 188) We need the Compliance procedure, what are the forms to be filed for the mentioned case, please help us.
