plz let me know in pvt. ltd. co. how much remuneration can be paid to director,also to executive director & managing director.....

Section 197 of the Companies Act, 2013 prescribed the maximum ceiling for payment of managerial remuneration by a public company. The remuneration to directors of private company can be paid as per provision prescribed in Articles of Association.
