Is it necessary that one has to secure minimum 20 marks in each paper in a group to avail the exemption in any paper of that group?

if for Group I

one has scored more than 60 in FR then is he required to score minimum 20 marks in SFM, Advanced Auditing & Corporate & Allied Laws?

Dear sir, I was started articleship in 21st July, 2014 and continued to October 2015 and later my dad was not well it was emergency and stayed nearly 4 months in vydehi hospital, I was taking care of him, previously I asked leave to my boss, he said OK I'll give, later when I returned to office my boss said to take termination and told that I am not giving any previous stipend to you, he gave termination on 20th July 2015, I don't want to discontinue CA, I want to write exam in may 2016, till today I am searching for articles.. Please I want suggestions from you....

I came to know that my grandfather had some shares in a listed company,but i dont have any kind of documentary details.please help me how to obtain status of those shares.

My articleship was completed on 24Oct to . I submitted form 108 within 30 days. Now on January 24,2016 I got letter from institute that I have taken excess leave of 8 days. it is written on letter that the article has to re-register himself and also fill form 108 on completion.
Please tell me how do I re-register myself either by filing form 107 or 103.
