I am forming a one person company.
Can you please help me in understanding the suffix to be used in forming one person company
For Pvt ltd is used for private company and ltd is used for public company.
What suffix to be used for One person company.

02 February 2016 you have to mention company name within the Bracket OPC i.e. "ABC services private limited( OPC /ONE PERSON COMPANY)"
