Hello sir ,i want to know that the students who failed in ipcc nov 15 can give exams with old syllabus. Is there change in syllabus for old students?

no change in syllabus, only few updations which is common for us,..follow BOS announcements for updates,bos knowledge portal for tax updates,
new syllabus expected to introduce in middle of 2016 and even new syllabus introduced few time will be given to pass in old syllabus before complusory shift to new syllabus
