I am working with a PSU. Also I want to hold my Certificate of Practice and to lend it to a firm. So can I do it. Give reference to ICAI's rule regarding this.

dear experts, one of our client taken mortgage loan at a fixed rate of interest for 15 years. now the bank interest rates has come down below the rate which they took in the past. bank people had told that in order to convert to the fluctuating interest rates they have to pay penality of huge amount.
please tell me is there any other remedy for them in order to avail the fresh rates.

here i am living in small city. My father is doing a job in a medical store. Now we want to shift anothe city. THere he wil find some job in some shop orin medical store or at anyn where. If proprietor of both firm is ready to give letter of my father's job, then it will be enough proof for transfer?

what is the last date of filing annual account and annual return of a company in ROC?
and what will happen if not filied upto that date?

As per the list of rechecking result of pce june 09 announce by icai.My roll was not i.e.39966 not found in both the list.
In thired list there is mention that who's roll no. not in above list their result is underprocess.
But i have receive the intemantion from icai that your no. not change.

So plz tell me what i do now??

Hi there is there any website where we can get the details of the person by putting the PAN number....like this is the PAN number of "BDHPK9239G" how would i know the name of the person in which favor this number is alloted.. ?

my client have pvt. ltd firm change his office(sale) and shifted his office to same area on rent base and want to change correspondence add of his business to his home address ( in same area)
how to do it ?
1)sales tax
2)income tax
3)it is done by prescribe form or by letter. (if form then form no.)
any other department req this change of add.

my full family is shifting to another city
in december end. But My father is not doing job anywhere. we will shift there for our business. because in my home town Our business is not going well. So i have to take transfer and shift there. Then what type of Proof I have to Produce for transfer?

Please help me.. Sometimes on this site only I read that 1 transfer is easily available and sometimes on this site only I read that its too difficult. Please inform me what is correct? I am in big confusion.
