Hi all,
I am working with a PSU. Also I want to hold my Certificate of Practice and to lend it to a firm. So can I do it. Give reference to ICAI's rule regarding this.

Hi
When u r in full time employment, u can't hold certificate of practice. But u can hold parttime Certificate of Practice and cant do attest functions while holding Parttime Certificate of Practice. U can refer Regulation 190A of the ICAI Act regarding Engagement in Other Business/Occupation.
