can I really get one transfer without any proof or mutual concern easily now? it's true? Because On this site I some times read that it is possible and sometimes read that it's not possible? what's true?

There is not any official announcement regarding mutual concern transfer till now from ICAI so u cant take on mutual concerns ground, u can take secondment of article in last one year of articleship
