I have registered as a member in the year 2009 .Will I be eligible for completing 40 CPE Hours during block 2008-2010 or 10 CPE hours as 2010 is my first year as a member

cpe credit hours

Became member with COP in April 2009. Will the rollng period of 2008-10 apply to me? If so, should I get full 90 hrs cpe credit or proportional credit for 1 and a half year?

I made many searches on net but could n't get a concrete answer.

Pls. clarify.

Deduction of stamp duty

Hello Sir,
Suppose if i purchase a flat & paid a stamp duty for it.But possision of flat not recvd yet. Then when i an claim the deduction of stamp dty u/s 80? in the year of payment of duty or in the year of geeting the possision of flat?

Pravident fund

If an employee is on rolls of the company from 40 years of his age till 69 years of his age, till what age PF will be applicable to him?

If PF is deducted in every salary will he get the PF amount paid on his behalf if he resigns from the company at 70 years?

till what age of the employee the PF paid to the government can be claimed back

Form 15CB

Our bank Bank of India told us not that no need to furnish form 15CB to them. So my question whether thisa has been withdrawn by department or do we have to continue the practice for payments to non residents. Can anybody guide me on this.
