My PAN Card has been damaged and i want to make new one so what is the procedure for the same and also i want to make correction in father name also and what are the document required pls answer its urgent

12 January 2011 As you have been alloted Pemanent account number in past you need to fill a form for correction in pan and attach a photocopy of old pan card if you have and mentioned old pan in the form. As you also want to correct your fathers name you have to give a document containing your father's correct name.

12 January 2011 If the application is for re-issuance of a PAN card without any changes in PAN related data of the applicant, fill all fields in the Form but do not select any box on left margin.
