I have registered as a member in the year 2009 .Will I be eligible for completing 40 CPE Hours during block 2008-2010 or 10 CPE hours as 2010 is my first year as a member

Presuming that the COP is obtained in 2009, the minimum CPE hrs required is given below.
1. Calender year 2009 -- N.A.
2. Calender year 2010 -- 30 hrs.(extended up to 31/03/2011).
Out of the above 10 hrs per annum can be from unstructured learning.
