Can anyone has soft copies of FORM - A and FORM - B of Bombay Shop Establishment Act, 1948 ?

X is having an open plot ,it was purchased in the year 1998.
Now X would like to sell it and purchase a flat . Presently X owned a flat and residing in it, now X is going to buy another one to claim the exemption from the LTCG u/s. 54f.

The 54f is some what confusing not clear. Please clarify my doubt., is X is eligible to claim exemption u/s54f.

I had protected the contents of an XL Sheet, using the 'protect sheet' option. But, it has no use as a user can easily copy the data into an another sheet and could make necessary changes.

I have resigned from an organization after serving for more than 5 years. I want to withdraw my PF.
Can you plz let me know, what is the process of withdrawing PF now and will it attract any tax.

Can Indian Compnay net off account payable againsr account receivables?

For eg. India raised Invoice of USD 100 as receivable on US and US raised invoice on India as payable of USD 75, can US pay only USD 25.

If no, than what in law that prevents this net off.

Please reply asap.
