interest on late payment of TDS

Sir,

Will you pls explain me solution of the following problem.

If my client has made payment of Commission to Mr.x (an Individual)of Rs. 15000 on 16/04/2010 and he is going to deposit the said Tax on 23/01/2011. How much interest is he liable to pay on the same? pls illustrate the calculation of interest;

a) i complete only CA inter

b) i complete only CWA inter

c) i complete both (inter)
