What do you mean by Corporate office?
If the salary is processed for all the branches from one office which may not be the corporate office,where should the PTax registration be taken?

uou may registered any branch of the same state under Maharashtra P.T.Act and pay both Company and Employee PT from there by quoting registration no.

get your branch registered under Professional tax act and then use that branch as corporate for your communication regarding PTax.
