I have taken admission in CS Executive but I have not get registration of SIP & Aptech computer course. I want to take exam for one module. Please inform whether the said registration is compulsory before exam

Introduction to e-commerce, MCA-21 project of GOI, Conversion of MS-WORD file into PDF file and vice versa 2 Hours.

SCHEDULE – II
a) Course Name: “Understanding Information Technology in Corporate Environment”.
b) Duration of the Course: The course shall be of 70 (Seventy) hours duration. Students / members must undergo the said course from APTECH for a minimum period of 70 (Seventy) hours. The participant should not appear for the final online test before completing the minimum training period prescribed. He/She has to complete training uninterruptedly. If a participant has to take a break due to unavoidable circumstances, he/she is allowed to complete the balance period of training along with the next batch. A written consent of the Center-head of APTECH is to be obtained by the student / member for this purpose.
c) Eligibility: The course is open for all the students and members of the ICSI. But completing the course is compulsory for the Intermediate Company Secretary-ship students only before they enroll for any group(s) of the intermediate/Executive Company Secretary-ship examination.
A student shall be exempted from undergoing the course if he / she fulfills the following criteria:
1. He / She has successfully completed one or more computer course(s) from any Institution. and has produced a certificates of having successfully completed such course(s), and
2. He or she enrolls himself / herself for an online exemption test (to be conducted by APTECH) at any of the APTECH Center on all India basis and successfully clears the test.
d) Admission Process: To undergo this course, a student / member has to approach any APTECH center recognized for ICSI-Aptech Course on all India basis. To take admission, he / she has to deposit the requisite fees and fulfill the formalities as per the requirements of M/s Aptech.
To appear the online exemption test as a part of claiming exemption from undergoing the course, a student has to approach any APTECH Center on all India basis. To enroll for the online exemption test and fix up the date and timing for the same, he / she has to deposit the requisite fees and fulfill the formalities as per the requirements of Aptech.
e) Rate of fees to be collected from the participants for undergoing the course OR the online exemption test and methodology of sharing of fees: The fee payable by each participant would be as follows:
a. For undergoing the Course:
Fees for undergoing the course shall remain same for all participants except the participants belonging to SC/ST category, who shall be given concession of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) on the course fee. Sharing of the ICSI and APTECH on the course fee for both these categories shall be as under:

APTECH shall provide the following services in return of the above fees:
• A complete end-to-end training, testing & certification to students & members of the ICSI.
• Managing the entire process right from delivering content to managing certification.
• An online testing system comprising of objective type questions only.
• Maximum 5 attempts to clear the online test.
• Joint certification with ICSI.

b. For undergoing the Online Exemption Test:
Only Students can be enrolled for the online exemption test. Members shall not be enrolled for the online exemption test.

APTECH shall provide 2 (two) attempts to the participant to clear the online exemption test within a period of 30 (thirty) days in return of the above fees. In case the student is not able to clear the online exemption test in the given two attempts within a period of 30 (thirty) days, he / she can re-enroll for the online exemption test by paying the complete fees once again.
f) Guidelines of successful completion of the course / Certification Process: APTECH shall carry out 70 (seventy) hours of computer training as per the detailed course contents and topic wise time duration as mentioned in Schedule I. At the end, each participant shall be required to pass an online test to be conducted by APTECH. The test shall be prepared by APTECH and should not be out of the scope of the syllabus mentioned in Schedule I. Pass marks in the online test shall be 50% (fifty percent) . A student / member may reappear for the test till he/she secures the pass marks. APTECH shall maintain a proper attendance record of all the participants undergoing the course. A student / member shall be required to have minimum 90% (Ninety percent) attendance. The participants to secure the requisite attendance should adopt no unfair means. A participant shall have to complete a project/practical sessions of 20 (Twenty) hours or more duration as a part of this course. After undergoing the training for the specified duration, a participant shall become eligible for the final online test only if he/she fulfills the following criteria:
90% (ninety percent) attendance
Clear milestones of the course
Full fee is paid.
Once a participant becomes eligible, he/she shall be allowed to appear for the online test, which shall comprise of:
Objective type questions.
80 minutes duration.
On the day of the test, the participant shall be required to go to the respective APTECH Center where he / she will have enrolled, at the scheduled date and time and take the exam on-line. A participant shall not be allowed to exceed the allotted time. Questions shall be generated randomly for the participants appearing for the online test. The total number of questions generated for each topic shall be in accordance to the total number of hours of training allocated to that topic. No break will be given during the examination. Evaluation of the test shall be done online.
A student / member undergoing the course from a APTECH center shall be provided with maximum 5 (five) attempts to clear the test and successfully complete the course. But in case the student / member is not able to clear the test even on five attempts, he / she shall have to pay for the further attempts as per the guidelines and fees defined for the students / members appearing for the online exemption test.
Certificate of successful completion of the course or Certificate of exemption as the case may be, jointly signed by APTECH and ICSI shall be issued to the participant by APTECH if he / she successfully clears the online test.
