one of my customer wanted some contemporary paintings worth hundred thousand USD and he asked us not to export. He will come as a person and take it. Then is it legal? Is it possible to get foreign remittance through bank.

and also wann know that how can we claim these benefits?.
is the benefit directly comes in our bank accounts after exports or any licence issued by the gov. to claim such benefit.?

How much salary I should expect? I have completed my articleship and have experience in the field of Direct Taxation,TDS,VAT,Accounts Finalization,Stock Audit,Revenue Audit,Internal Audit,payroll,Tally,Excell etc.

I am a CA Final student doing my articleship at Kottayam.I have completed 2 years in my articleship and there are 12 more months left in my articleship.Due to very very poor financial condition in my family in relation to marriage of my sisters and medical treatment of my parents I am not able to continue my articleship.Knowing my situations one of my Benafactors agreed to give me a job at abroad in one his short time projects of 10 to 12 months.I signed the agreement to go to abroad.The work is expected to complete in 10 to 12 months and after that can I come back and continue with my articleship trainig for the balance periods left(balance period of 12 months) or is it necessary that I have to do the entire 3 years period of articleship training again.What shall I do,whether I may take 12 months leave or termination from my employer.I plead you to give your suggestions and guidance.

I have completed both groups of IPCC, in this April I will also clear my M.Com , So my query is:
Can I start CS (I think I would get exemption from foundation, as completed graduation),Is the articleship training for CS compulsory,
If I do both CA & CS simultaneously, then shall I got the membership of ICSI also, alongwith that of ICAI?
Please help me.
I want to start CS as soon as possible. as rightnow after may, i will have no other course continuing except CA Final.
