I have completed CA inter and appearing for CA final and i have completed M.com also,if i want to take CS is there any exclusion from giving any CS papers??

As u have passd mcom. So in c.s executive u will get one paper exemptd as 2nd subj in 1st module cost and company a/c. C.S with c.a is the best option as far as carrer is concernd.
