23 March 2011 Hi friends,

I am a semiqualified ca.I will appear in final examination in May'11. I want to join the industry after May.Can anyone tell me what are career oppurtunities for a ca final appeared students? How much salary I should expect? I have completed my articleship and have experience in the field of Direct Taxation,TDS,VAT,Accounts Finalization,Stock Audit,Revenue Audit,Internal Audit,payroll,Tally,Excell etc.

Please advise.

25 March 2011 Salary again depends upon ur performance in intrvw nd company's ability to pay u for that post. As u said u r going to join job aftr ur articls. A minimum of 1.5 lacs to 3 lacs p.a is tht u can expect in companies. If u join any c.A firm then 1 lacs to 2 lacs p.a

25 March 2011 Thanks Shriyansji for you reply.Can I know whether the articleship training is taken as experience or not by the company?If not I am a fresher then.How should I approach to the interviewers? Please reply.

25 March 2011 No problems even though u will b treatd as a fresher. Bt a minimum packg as per fresher only has been mentiond to u. If u r experiencd then a min of 7 to 8 lacs packg it depends upon the work profile nd in company whch u hv experncd.
