CS Alongwith CA

Hello,
I have completed both groups of IPCC, in this April I will also clear my M.Com , So my query is:
Can I start CS (I think I would get exemption from foundation, as completed graduation),Is the articleship training for CS compulsory,
If I do both CA & CS simultaneously, then shall I got the membership of ICSI also, alongwith that of ICAI?
Please help me.
I want to start CS as soon as possible. as rightnow after may, i will have no other course continuing except CA Final.

Its the best option doing c.s with c.a, as u can have an edge over others. U can directly attempt c.S exectv course. But for c.s membrshp articlshp has to be done seperatly. No exemption from it. 15months duration only.
