can you please guide me about formation of Trust Deed, my query is-
can Settlor/Author of Trust can also be nominated in List of Trustees, because my Client wants to Form Trust with Two Person only one he himself as Founder and other is his Wife as Trustee so can he also become one of Trustee with his wife

I have completed 2yrs and 8months of Articleship and have discontiniued it due to a job oppurtunity, the next attempt of Final exam will be my 3rd attempt, kindly suggest if iam allowed to atleast appear in my future CA final exams.

i joined the firm n worked for` 4 months over there...i want to take transfer from there.....bt in article policy of the firm they mentioned that transfer will be allowed only on the discretion of the management and also include the "firm will not give secondment to its ATs(article assistants) however it can take ATs on secondment??wht is the meaning of secondment vala sentence??shall i get transfer???? pls give me your valuable suggestion..

I was joined my article ship on October 2010 .i would like to terminate my article ship now. But i took an excess leave of 8 days.i just wanted to know whether termination is possible or any problem is there regarding excess leave?Please Help me
