Dear Colleagues
can you please guide me about formation of Trust Deed, my query is-
can Settlor/Author of Trust can also be nominated in List of Trustees, because my Client wants to Form Trust with Two Person only one he himself as Founder and other is his Wife as Trustee so can he also become one of Trustee with his wife

The founder of the trust can also be appointed as a trustee of the trust as well as any beneficiaries of the trust as per the Indian Trust Act,1882.
