I incorporated a section 25 company will you please suggest me what type of resolution we have to pass in initial level.plz suggest a format too.

Please anybody clarify me. Are the practice manual are important for exam in final. I am student who is pursuing CA from April, 2002 could not clear as yet. Today some students told me that all questions are coming from same. you are requested to tell me that whether it contains last year questions and answers or new type of questions. I am worried to know that now a days papers appear me very tough in the comparison of old trend. Kindly reply me.

Our Appepal to CA Institute and other Memebrs and Students.

At Present our Institute give us an option to write our exam in Hindi also, it is good. But What I am suggesting is if all our Text Books and Subjectwise materials are published in the Regional Language it will be helpful to many of the students, We will read it in our own regional language, but we can write the exam in English or Hindi as per their choice.

We know that CA Institute is allowing to write exam in Hindi, that means our Institute Material is also available in Hindi, even other publishers may have published in Hindi relevant materials.

I request anyone to suggest me, whether our Institute sylabus is available in Tamil, if we read our subjects in Tamil, but we can write the exam in English. If anybody has published our subjects in Tamil Language, it will be very easy to understand.

our company is a Tile laying (Pvt. Ltd.) co., we hire contractors for tile laying works on retails & corporate projects. presently 9 employees in our company if we added contractor's labour than it is reached upto 20 to 30 employees.
We want to know that who is liable to pay ESIC & PF on labour wages (Contractor or our Co.). And, if contractor not deposit ESIC & PF on his labour wages than it is our liability to pay PF & ESIC.

And also let me know that if there is any low & agreement to save the liability of ESIC & PF of the company.
