Dear All,
Whether a German Citizen (Overseas Indian) can become a Trustee or Founder in India, also whether he can buy properties in his name in India.
Any Experts can give me the opinion.

Yes German Citizen can become a trustee in India but the TRUST shall not be able to get FCRA and other Govt. approvals.
Purchase of Property- Yes after the German Citizen becomes resident as per FEMA.
