Dear Sir,

I am staying in non-metro city, getting HRA Rs 12,000 and actual payment of rent is Rs 5000. I am getting a tax free HRA claim only Rs 1500. My Basic+DA is Rs 35000(Actual Rent Paid Rs 5000 less 10% of salary Rs 3500)is it correct? Can i claim deduction of Rs 5000 in HRA

I want to know what are the consequences as per PF Act, for not filing or late filing of PF returns monthly/annual(Form 12 A, 5 & 10). I have gone through the PF Act, however, did not find any specific explanation regarding this. Also, there is not proper mention of the requirement of filing PF returns. Further, I want to know in which case the damages under the PF Act are applicable.

We have one Iranian co. as client and we raised two Invoices for services provided and we have one Danish group co they also raised invoices to same client for services provided. But that client make payment for all invoices to our Danish group co (including for our invoices) and that Danish company is not directly holding shares in our co. Now our Danish group co is remitting money to us for our invoices. Is this transaction valid? Please revert ASAP.

Can the employer directly credit into a regular savings acount in India ? What are the charges/ fees will this attract ?

As the salary earned from the UN is tax free (As per UN norms)... will one still have to pay direct taxes in India ?
