Hi Experts,

Please tell the procedure for registration of Digital signature certificate for a foreigner. Who resides outside india. and also please suggest the website to be registered.

Partnership

Can the objects of a Partnership Firm can be amended later. Earlier they were into supply of computer hardware. now they want to start transportation business on the same firm. should the object be amended or can the second object be added. Plz advise.
